Delivery


Delivery is available to UK mainland addresses only.

Standard delivery is free for orders over £15.
Orders under £15 will incur a delivery charge which is clearly displayed in the shopping cart prior to checklout.

Standard delivery is by Royal Mail 2nd class post with a typical 2-3 day delivery timescale but can often optionally upgraded to 1st class or next day guaranteed (when ordered before 2.00pm) at the checkout. Courier may be used at our discretion for heavy or large orders.

Orders are generally dispatched within 1 working day and you will be sent a dispatch confirmation e-mail to confirm your order has been shipped..

Whilst every effort is made to ensure speedy delivery please allow up to 7 working days for delivery to allow for delays within Royal Mail.

Where a parcel cannot be delivered (e.g. no-one available) customers should be left a card by the Royal Mail / courier with a telephone number to call to arrange another day for delivery.

If delivery was not possible due to the address being unoccupied when delivery was attempted and no contact has been made by the customer to either ourselves or Royal Mail / courier, the goods will be returned back to us as undeliverable. A redelivery charge will be due to re-send the goods. We reserve the right to cancel and refund the order if delivery proves to be problematic.

What to do if there is a problem with the delivery
When you receive your delivery, you should check it thoroughly and report any damage or missing items to us within 3 days of delivery. All packaging must be kept to support your claim in the event it is required by Royal Mail as part of their investigation into damaged goods.
